Responsibilities:

Daily preventive maintenance of equipment

Operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner

Familiar with OSHA safety regulations
-
Be accountable for own safety as well as others on job
-
Job staging and set-up
-
Plan reading
-
Communication with other employees
-
Ability to complete job in a timely manner
-
Willingness to perform labor as each job dictates
Education:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Other skill specific training is beneficial
-
CDL preferred not required
Requirements:
-
Must have drivers license
-
No criminal history. Background check will be performed

References from last two employers
-
Positive Attitude
-
A minimum of 3-5 years experience
-
Must be reliable and on time every day

Strong ability to proficiently run the following equipment:
-
Bulldozer
-
Backhoe
-
Excavator
-
Skid Steer
-
-
Must be able to have basic plan reading experience
-
Ability to use grade laser
-
Ability to hold grade on respective equipment
-
Willingness to work overtime
