Tobin installed a 200’ x 80’ arena and 36’ x 48’ barn pad for me on a steep slope that required a lot of grading and fill to make it workable. His knowledge and expertise made an otherwise unusable space into a beautiful facility for my horses. He and his crew were incredibly patient and accommodating when their work was delayed because of issues with my other contractors, my permit office, and occasionally my neighbors. Tobin worked on this project for me for nearly a year, and the end result is a gorgeous facility that my horses and I enjoy every day.
